Tasting notes
This wine has a red garnet and shades of ruby red color which tends to turn to orange as the years go by. Its fragrance is made up of a bouquet of remarkable complexity, elegance and intensity, exceptional richness, harmony and completeness. From its fragrance of violet, rose and other freshly picked fruit it changes to the next evolution of the universe of spices. Its taste is pleasantly dry, full, robust, austere but velvety, harmonic and ethereal with a light aftertaste of liquorice and leather. Its lengthy persistence makes it great for accompanying red meat dishes, both national and international, wild game, braised meats and cheeses that have a strong and intense flavor.
