\"Duemilavini-Bibenda2012eng\"<\/a>The wines that come from the cellar of Frazione Vergne di barolo are precise and personal.<\/p>\n

The new eco-friendly structure built in 2004 has areas used for processing and ageing of the wines that optimize the environment conditions to reduce thermal excursions.<\/p>\n

The two Barolo are excellent, and although the Bussia is still a little young, i twill definitely grow with time. A wisw, high quality rande of wines.<\/p>\n

Barolo 2007<\/h3>\n

Type: Red Docg \u2013 Grapes: Nebbiolo 100% – Gr. 13,5% – \u20ac 22- Bottles: 6000 Dark and heady with fruit liqueur, nutmeg, herbs and graphite. Pleasant, sapid and consistent. 36 months in large barrels. Braised version. 4 GRAPES<\/p>\n

Barolo 2007<\/h3>\n

Type: Red Docg \u2013 Grapes: Nebbiolo 100% – Gr. 14% – \u20ac 29- Bottles: 6000 Garned Red. Dried violets introduce sour cherries, liquorice, balsamic tones, humus and spices. Lean and pleasant but tannins need time. 40 months in large barrels. Fillet steak. 3 GRAPES.<\/p>\n

Roero Arneis 2010<\/h3>\n

Type: White Docg \u2013 Grapes: Arneis 100% – Gr. 13,5% – \u20ac 8.50- Bottles: 10.000 Garned Red. Dried violets introduce sour cherries, liquorice, balsamic tones, humus and spices. Lean and pleasant but tannins need time. 40 months in large barrels. Fillet steak.\u00a03 GRAPES.<\/p>\n

Nebbiolo d\u2019Alba 2008<\/h3>\n

Aroma soft brushwood and balsamic notes, small red berry jam, sugared almonds and graphite. Soft tannins and pleasant mineral tones. Large barrels. Green gnocchi.<\/p>\n

Barbera d\u2019Asti 2009<\/h3>\n

Bright ruby. Simple with flowers and fruits, cherries and blackberries with good freshness and savoury notes. Steel. Roast pork shank.<\/p>\n

Gavi di Gavi 2010 – Cortese 100%<\/h3>\n

Straw yellow. Typical with fresh minerals and white flowers, grapefruit, plums and apricots. Rich, fresh and pleasanty sapid. Good persistance. Steel. Monkfish<\/p>\n

Rosis S.A. \u2013 Nebbiolo 100%<\/h3>\n

Cherry Ros\u00e9. Soft and sweet with cherries and forest fruits. Mineral and spicy. Good structure, tannins and freshness. Steel. Sausage risotto.<\/p>\n
